The current justice systems do not have the mission of being fair, they judge if an event is in accordance with the law written by the power. 

This power that writes tax shelters for itself, that offers very advantageous contracts to the oligarchs and that seeks every opportunity to counter those who do not have the means to defend themselves, shames the word Justice. 

Their supposed rule of law is a set of rules, starting with their constitutions, made to leave very little room for judges to be fair and made to make them untouchable despite their malfeasance and crimes. 

Building the Justness to show the injustice of the Justice of the Almighty, a task of heart and mind for worthy humans.
