Æquitaverse

Here are the starting rules for colonizing the Æquitaverse.

- Citizen of the Æquitaverse. You must obtain citizenship of the Æquitaverse to live, vote and trade there.

- Representation. You must live at least 6 months per year on the territory you claim.

- Bastions between 2 and 10 million inhabitants. A Representative cannot claim a region larger than containing 10 million inhabitants.

- Elected representative. Anyone can claim the role of representative and citizens vote to choose their representative. Anyone can claim to split a stronghold into a smaller unit as long as they are elected representative of that split entity.
